Workshops in Chicago

In 2010, we decided to begin teaching workshops: small, focused classes on specific techniques.

These classes are not necessarily sewing related, but cover any number of projects that are both creative and useful.

So in our workshop category, you may find anything from pattern draughting or hand sewing techniques to chair caning and upholstery as well as how to use your sewing machine properly.

After the Winter 2018 session of classes, we are planning on expanding the workshop idea to inclue painting and sculpture as well as per-hour studio time.
